Having been a homeowner since my early 20s and coming from a family that were real estate investors. I will always appreciate that my clients’ are not only looking to buy a home but also an investment.

I don’t see myself as being in Sales all my life but I see myself as building relationships for life.

I BELIEVE that there are several factors in being a successful advisor in real estate:

Understanding my client’s brief by listening and paying attention to the detail and the criteria.

Understanding what is important to my client at that time and what continues to be important over time.

Understanding that knowledge is “power” therefore sharing as much knowledge with my clients’ is key. Knowing that they can make a decision from an informed position and that they feel good about it, is, when I know I am doing my job well.

Understanding my strengths such as perseverance, positivity, turning thoughts into action, knowing that people are different but figuring out how we can work together productively, always taking the “bull by the horns”, never doing things halfheartedly, always thinking things through, and weighing up all sides. My strengths will always be my clients’ gain.

Understanding how emotional the real estate process is and how unlike any other buying or selling process it is. Striving to plan every step of the way to eliminate stress and any surprises along the way.

Understanding that my clients’ are looking to me for all the answers. Education and keeping abreast of all real estate related topics is of the utmost of importance.

Understanding that one of the hardest elements of this process is gaining your clients’ trust and helping them realize that my motivation is their success before and after the transaction.

Understanding that key counterparts in the real estate process set the pace for a smoother transaction. When you can recommend trusted legal advisors, stagers and home inspectors it is a huge relief to clients and also very much part of our role as real estate advisor.

Understanding that real estate is my passion and imparting that zest and excitement for what I do with my clients’ will only make way for a more positive experience.
